CarCare-2u is serious about protecting our customers’ personal information. You can always browse our site without providing any personal information.

While doing business with you, we may have to gather certain information, such as your name, home address, vehicle and email address. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual, personally identifiable information entered on this site to any third party. We collect such information so that we can process orders, personalize your shopping experience, or send you the latest product and other useful material. If you do not wish to receive further material from CarCare-2u, you can simply respond to our email or otherwise tell us that you do not want to receive future communications.

Tire Protection Policy (TPP)

Are you covered?

  • 3 years or 30,000 mile warranty whichever comes first.
  • TPP covers road hazards including nails, screws and similar items also accidental repairs such as bubbles but does not cover vandalism.
  • Need a new tire? Pay installation of $24.99 plus taxes and fee and WE will cover the cost of a new tire..
  • Got a flat? We can fix that for Free!

What’s not covered?  

  • Audi and Subaru AWD and Vandalism. MUST have 2/32” of tread to be covered by TPP 

You can also purchase TPP on tires not purchased here for just 15% of the cost of your current tires.

Online Orders
CarCare-2u also collects credit card information from you to process purchases from the site. Reputable third-party financial institutions process our credit card transactions. CarCare-2u may share our customers’ personal and transaction information with reputable third-party fraud detection firms for fraud identification and protection purposes. All such firms have agreed that they will not use this personal information for any other purpose.
Whenever you transmit credit card information and other personal information through our site, the numbers and letters are scrambled using encryption technology, making it nearly impossible for the information to be stolen or intercepted. To protect your security, we do not allow you to store your credit card number from session to session.
CarCare-2u, like most Web sites, uses a feature of your browser to set a “cookie” on your computer. We cannot tell your name or any personal information about you based solely on the cookie. Unless you specifically tell us your name and other identifying information, we will never know who you are. All the cookie tells us is what functions you perform when you are on the site so that we can keep track of your transaction. A cookie also helps CarCare-2u note particular traffic patterns on the site so that we can improve what we offer.

Every browser allows you to reject cookies or to choose which cookies you will accept. Rejecting cookies, however, may sometimes interfere with your ability to use all the features and benefits of our site.

Third Parties
On occasion, we provide non-personal, aggregate information about our users to third parties such as manufacturers and business partners. For example, we may inform a tire manufacturer about what other products our users buy. This information will not identify any user personally. We also register Department of Transportation (DOT) Tire Identification Codes post-purchase. The buyer’s name and address is protected by Federal Law and can never be used in any way other than to directly notify the buyer in the event of a safety-related recall.

Tire Rack may offer links to other sites. Any time you click on a link and are transported to another site, you should be aware that the other site may have a different privacy policy than CarCare-2u. We cannot control the policies of other sites.

Returns & Replacements
If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 800-301-0000 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

All orders are subject to review and can be cancelled at any time.  Should this occur you will be notified as soon as possible, by phone, email or both.  Please ensure that phone numbers are correct and that if necessary we can contact you about your order.  Should order require clarification, and we cannot contact, we can cancel or postpone appointment based on the inability to maintain appointment logistics.  Should product ordered be out of stock and not available, you will be notified and given the choice of full refund or exchange. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All orders are to be paid in full at time of purchase.  For mobile service for tires, full payment is required online and appointment set up online with our website. Our customer can do the order by themselves, or can walk through the process with our customer representatives on their behalf, either way is fine. All instant four tire rebates are managed at the store level and the discount is instant.  In some cases there are manufacturer promotions for mail-in rebates.  These are managed by third parties and have their own policies in which we cannot control.  In the event that you may be entitled to a manufacturer mail-in rebate, we will bring that to your attention and let you know, however, we cannot enforce manufacturers payment on those and it remains the responsibility of the customer to prepare any paperwork, registration and collection of outside third party mail-in rebates.
